By shopping with Classic Army USA you have agreed to the following policies and procedures, whether explicit or implied:

TERMS OF USE

  • By placing an order you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and are the owner of the credit card or PayPal account used to purchase items on this website. You also acknowledge that you agree with and understand Classic Army USA's terms and conditions
  • All airsoft guns are required, by law, to have an orange tip flash hider or the tip (1/4 inch) of the barrel permanently colored in orange. Removal of the orange tip flash hider will void any warranty
  • Any person who changes, alters, removes any coloration or markings in anyway that makes the airsoft gun (replica firearm) a resemblance of an actual firearm is in violation of state or federal laws
  • Do not display or expose any airsoft gun (replica firearm) in a public place. The term "public place" refers to an area open to the public or exposed to public view regardless of property ownership
  • Customers are responsible for knowing all local and state regulations regarding the use and/or ownership of airsoft guns or any products sold on Classic Army USA's website
  • Classic Army USA products are intended for use with airsoft guns only. Use of products for any other purpose is not recommended by Classic Army USA
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

PAYMENT METHOD

  • Classic Army USA accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), PayPal and Amazon Pay as payment. All orders are billed upon completion of the online checkout
  • International orders will be processed through iGlobal checkout. Customer has the option to prepay all duties and taxes through iGlobal checkout
  • PayPal accounts must be verified or payments will not be accepted. Please contact PayPal to get your account verified
  • Personal checks, money orders or cash will not be accepted as payment for any online order or service
  • We do not accept will call or mail-in orders
  • The customer is responsible for all applicable city, state and federal taxes
  • California residents are required to pay a sales tax of 9.5%. Virginia residents are required to pay a sales tax of 5.3%. Texas residents are required to pay a sales tax of 8.25%. Tax rates are subject to change at anytime.
  • Discount codes or voucher credit codes MUST be applied during the online checkout process
  • Coupon codes are not stackable. Only one coupon code may be used per order

PHONE ORDERS

  • To place an order by phone please contact us at (909) 696-9328 during business hours (9am to 5:00pm PST, Monday to Friday)
  • All phone orders are payable by credit card only. Please have your card available and ready to provide the card type, number, expiration date, cardholder name and billing address when calling
  • A valid contact phone number and email address is required when placing any phone orders
  • Customers will be notified by email regarding order status updates, stock discrepancies or problems with order processing

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We request between 1 to 4 business days to process and ship out orders
  • Classic Army USA will accept and ship orders within the United States, Canada and most other countries (Restrictions and conditions apply. Please refer to our Global Shipping policy)
  • Classic Army USA will not ship orders to third party freight forwarding addresses
  • Most orders are shipped via UPS
  • We may request up to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) to process and ship orders following a holiday or due to an influx of orders received
  • Customer is responsible for contacting Classic Army USA by phone to provide verbal confirmation on orders with expedited shipping (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air & Next Day Air), high dollar amounts, mismatched billing and/or shipping information (incomplete ship-to address, name and address mismatch, cardholder mismatch). Customers will be notified by email if confirmation is required
  • Classic Army USA does not process or ship orders on weekends and holidays. Customers are responsible for knowing UPS and USPS schedules regarding delivery on weekends and holidays
  • Customers will be notified by email regarding any out of stock items during the processing stage
  • Orders containing only small items such as internal upgrade parts or patches can be shipped USPS. Item description page will indicate if an item is USPS shippable
  • USPS is available as an alternate shipping method for orders to Alaska and Hawaii
  • Customer is responsible for shipping cost to resend any undeliverable orders returned by UPS due to invalid, incorrect or incomplete shipping information. To receive instant alerts and updates to your phone or email about your package in transit, we recommend creating a UPS My Choice account
  • Orders with custom built airsoft guns require an additional processing time of 1 to 5 business days
  • Signature is required upon delivery for orders shipping to Maine (ME)
  • Signature is required upon delivery for orders over $500 shipping to Colorado (CO), Florida (FL), North Carolina (NC), Nevada (NV), West Virginia (WV)

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Classic Army USA will only accept changes to orders in Pending status, no exceptions. To request or make changes, please contact us by phone during business hours (9am to 5:00pm PST, Monday to Friday). Please reference your 6 digit order ID# when calling
  • Requests to cancel any undeliverable order returned by UPS are subject to a 15% restock fee and return shipping costs. Orders will be held for a period of 24 business hours before cancelling. If no response from customer is received, refund will automatically be processed with the stated charges

RETURN POLICY

At Classic Army USA we are committed to providing exceptional service and top notch support to our customers. We understand that not every purchase made from our website and retail stores will be a perfect fit for every customer. Therefore, if you are not happy with a product that you purchased at any one of our stores, you will have 45 days from the date of receipt to request a return for refund, store credit or exchange with no restock fee (exclusions apply, see below).

All merchandise being returned MUST be in resellable condition. Therefore, item(s) being returned must be in brand new and unused condition. Meaning item has no signs of use or attempted use, modifications or signs of attempted modification (i.e. removal or modification of orange tip flash hider, installation of internal and external parts), and items are returned with all included accessories, merchandise tags, factory stickers and logos still attached, and factory packaging is fully in tact. Any merchandise that is reported and/or determined to not be in this condition will not be granted return authorization.

Before shipping back any items for return, you must first receive return authorization. A return request can be initiated from the 'Initiate RMA' link on the Customer Information page when signed into your customer account or verbally by contacting our Customer Service Department at (909) 696-9328 during business hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm (PST), Monday to Friday. Customers will receive an email from the RMA Department authorizing you to return items. An RMA number will be provided along with return instructions that need to be carefully followed. Please DO NOT send any returns back without prior return authorization or an RMA number from Classic Army USA. Any packages received without return authorization or an RMA number will be refused upon arrival and returned to sender.

Classic Army USA will authorize returns for refund, store credit or exchange under the agreement from customer that all items being returned are in brand new and unused condition. All items received will undergo a routine inspection by the RMA Department to ensure items are in brand new and unused condition as required by Classic Army USA and agreed upon by customer. Classic Army USA maintains full discretion in determining condition of merchandise; if it is in brand new and unused condition, and therefore, is restockable and resellable. Any merchandise determined to not be in this condition will be subject to the following open box fees:

  • 15% open box fee. On returns where items are in brand new and unused condition with no signs of attempted use or modification; but retail packaging is received in unsatisfactory condition that would not make the item restockable. Meaning manufacturer sealed packaging or tabs have been disabled or removed and/or packaging has signs of damage such as warping, water damage, is ripped, torn, has holes, or has shipping labels attached directly onto retail packaging.
  • 30% open box fee. On returns where items have signs of use or attempted use, modification or signs of attempted modification (i.e. removal of orange tip flash hider, installation of internal and external parts), accessory items included in packaging are not present or have been used, merchandise tags, factory logos and stickers have been removed, retail packaging is in unsatisfactory condition.

Terms & Exclusions:

  • Classic Army USA maintains full discretion in determining condition of merchandise.
  • Open box fees will be automatically applied upon receipt and inspection of items by the RMA Department.
  • Removal or any attempts to of orange tip flash hiders on airsoft guns that is required by Federal Law will not be accepted for return; furthermore, voids any and all warranties offered by Classic Army USA, the manufacturer or distributor.
  • Classic Army USA reserves the right to refuse and/or deny any return for refund, store credit or exchange for any item that is determined to be used, damaged, altered, modified, or is in any condition that would deem the item to be not restockable or resellable.

This return policy applies only to "BRAND NEW" and un-used items. If you are experiencing any problems or issues (DOA, failure, damage) with an item you received, it will be covered under our warranty policy. All merchandise, unless otherwise stated, that are sold on our website or any of our retail stores will be covered under Classic Army USA's 45-day warranty. Please refer to the warranty policy for more details.

WARRANTY POLICY

The following warranty policy applies to all in-store and online purchases made through Classic Army USA. Please note: Due to various customs brokerage fees and taxes that are beyond our control, warranties are not available on any products purchased, sold, distributed or transported outside of the United States.

As a company ClassicArmyUSA.com knows how frustrating it can be when you run into some issues with a product that you have just received. It is our goal to make sure that we take care of any issues as promptly and efficiently as possible. In order to do that we will need some help from you, our valued customer. You may also contact our Customer Service Department during our regular business hours (9:00am - 5:00 pm PST, Monday - Friday) to help troubleshoot your issues. Please have as much information possible for the Customer Service Rep to help expedite your call. Many cases are easily resolved over the phone with basic troubleshooting assistance by our staff. If the issue(s) cannot be resolved over the phone and the product needs to be returned for warranty service, a Customer Service Rep can assist you by initiating the warranty over the phone or you can complete and submit an RMA Request by email to: info@classicarmyusa.com. Warranty claims must be submitted within our warranty period*.Please DO NOT send any returns back without prior authorization from the RMA Department and the proper documentation. All warranty claims "must" be returned through our RMA process. The process, rules and exclusions will be listed below.

* Warranty period will begin from the date products are received.

(Any problems resulting from failure will be covered under our warranty policy.)

All merchandise purchased from Classic Army USA which will be covered under the ClassicArmyUSA.com warranty policy for 45 days. If the manufacturer has a warranty that extends past 45 days we urge you to initiate a claim with the manufacturer in order to expedite your RMA processing. If needed, Classic Army USA can assist you with initiating a claim with the manufacturer.

At our discretion, ClassicArmyUSA.com reserves the right to determine which cases are fit to be authorized for warranty processing. The warranty is put in place to cover manufacturer "defects", not user error.

Please do your best to provide as much information as possible when initiating your warranty claim. We are happy to help our customers with a product failure. However, if false information is used to obtain RMA authorization, then your case will be denied upon inspection once the product is received. More information may be found in our warranty exclusions section below.

All serviceable item(s) will be serviced under our warranty policy. Classic Army USA retains the right to service said item(s) with functionally equivalent, reconditioned/refurbished or new products, accessories and parts. Please keep in mind that a majority of the products we sell are serviceable. For example, all Airsoft guns returned for RMA service do receive a full inspection of external and internal parts similar to our upgrade/repair service. Upgraded parts may be purchased and installed during the RMA process given the labor has already been covered by our warranty policy.

In the rare case that an item is determined to be un-serviceable, Classic Army USA reserves the sole right to replace the item with a brand new replacement. If a replacement item(s) is not available a store credit will be offered.

Classic Army USA will cover the return shipping to the customer on any merchandise that has been serviced or replaced under the warranty policy. However, shipping cost for a warranty item from the customer/user to ClassicArmyUSA.com is not covered. All cost with regard to packaging and actual shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Use of improper sub standard BBs

It is very important to use the proper BBs in your airsoft guns. Substandard BBs will cause premature failure of an airsoft gun and its internals. BBs should always be purchased from an airsoft only hobby shop. In general, BBs purchased from large department stores, super stores, or any sporting goods stores are considered substandard. Stay away from these mainstream retailers as they do not possess the knowledge and experience to recommend and supply reliable BBs for your airsoft gun.

DO NOT USE .12g BBS!!!

The use of 0.12 gram BBs will Damage your Airsoft Gun and Void your Warranty.

Substandard BBs can be visually inspected by observing the molding or casting seams; often times you will see the shape of the BBs are not round but oval in shape. These imperfections will cause BB jams which will eventually result in a failure. The use of improper and/or substandard BBs will void not only our warranty policy, but any manufacturer warranty as well.

Improper use/abuse/neglect

Product failures that result in the improper use, abuse, or neglect on the users/customers part will void the warranty on a product. Damages as a result of improper storage, product being dropped from any distance, improper use, exposure to liquids, and exposure to extreme weather conditions are considered improper use and will void any and all warranty(s) by Classic Army USA and the product manufacturers. The use of high voltage batteries (greater then 9.6 volts) will result complications to your warranty*.

* Warranty claims as a result to use of high voltage batteries will be handled on a case by case basis.

Unauthorized/Illegal modifications:

Product failures as a result of any attempted alteration to the airsoft gun will not be covered under the Classic Army USA warranty policy. Upgrades and modifications, either internal or external resulting in a failure will not be covered. Attempts to remove the blaze orange tip as required by law will void any and all warranties offered by Classic Army USA and its manufacturers. ClassicArmyUSA.com will "only' warranty products and services performed by Classic Army USA or the manufacturer / distributor of said merchandise. If a warranty product has been disassembled by anyone other then an authorized Classic Army USA employee or Manufacturer; said product will not be covered.

Spring Guns and Snipers:

Any spring gun whether it be a pistol, shotgun or sniper rifle will be covered under a 45 day warranty policy. If you experience a failure that was not caused by improper use or neglect Classic Army USA will cover the airsoft gun under our warranty policy.

Tactical Gear:

Classic Army USA works closely with our distributors for tactical gear. If a failure or defect in quality or workmanship occurs within our 45 day return policy, the item will be replaced. Failures as a result of wear and tear will not be covered.

External and internal upgrade parts:

Due to the nature of said parts we can only offer a warranty on items with obvious signs of defect. Warranty for said parts cannot show any signs that they have been installed or used in any way. These parts must be defective out of the package. Improper use or installation of external and internal upgrade parts are 99% of the time the cause of failures of these items. Therefore warranty for external and internal upgrade parts will be contingent upon final inspection and confirmation of the parts once they are received.

Battery and chargers:

All damaged or failed Ni-Cd, Ni-Mh batteries are covered for 45 days to be free of defect.

Failures to Li-po or any lithium batteries will be handled on a case by case basis. Common failures to these types of batteries are due to improper use or charging. All chargers will be covered under a 45 day warranty to be free of defect. If it does not charge we will replace it.

Bone Yard:

Any products purchased from our bone yard section are as is with no warranty expressed or implied. Shipping damage, displays, prototypes, un-repairable, un-stock able, QC failed, factory defects, and otherwise un-sellable products will contribute to the bone yard. For these reason Classic Army USA will not be able to take a return or warranty for said product. All bone yard items are considered broken and do not work.

Manufacturer Warranty:

In general Classic Army USA will be able to handle most warranty claims in house. However, due to our distribution agreements we must let them handle their warranty claims. You will be notified at the time of RMA processing if your particular product will fall under this case. As a company we will be able to assist you in any ways we can on your warranty claim.

Warranty Limitations and Terms:

Warranties offered by ClassicArmyUSA.com and its Manufacturers/Distributors whether expressed or implied are stated above in the warranty policy. Any additional warranty or service agreements will need to be noted on the customer order comments.

CANADIAN AIRSOFT LAWS

CANADIAN AIRSOFT POLICIES

  • We request 1 to 4 business days to process and ship most orders.
  • Most orders will be shipped UPS Standard International. Please note: Delivery dates are not guaranteed due to required inspections by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).
  • All prices stated are in US dollars (USD).
  • Customer is responsible for all local taxes and tariffs such as duty or brokerage fees which are assessed by the CBSA.
  • According to UPS, brokerage fees are based on the value the merchandise and are as follows:

"Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer's behalf.

Your order will be shipped under UPS's e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$ 200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$ 10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD$200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees. Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery."

  • All airsoft guns being shipped to Canada must meet CBSA muzzle velocity requirements of 366 to 500 FPS w/ .20g BB's.
  • Canada Upgrade Package is available for most airsoft guns that do not meet FPS requirements. Be advised, requires additional processing time and cost.
  • Classic Army USA reserves the right to refuse or charge additional shipping and brokerage fees on any unauthorized return. An unauthorized return is any package returned with out the proper return authorization from the RMA Department.   • Any problems resulting from failure will be covered under Classic Army USA's 45-Day Warranty. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for more details.
  • Returns will be authorized on merchandise that is unused and in "brand new" condition. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
  • Canada orders do not qualify for Free Shipping Promo.
  • Some small items such as AEG upgrade parts or patches are eligible for USPS shipping. Such orders would be shipped USPS 1st Class Mail.
  • Classic Army USA will require verbal confirmation from the cardholder to verify any mismatched addresses (billing differs from shipping) or cardholder mismatches (cardholder differs from recipient) before shipment.
